Orada gayet az K\u00fcrt vard\u0131r. Bunun delili olmak \u00fczere: \u0130ster co\u011frafi isimlere, ister Ko\u00e7 usa\u011f\u0131, Bal u\u015fa\u011f\u0131 gibi&#8230; Ta eskiden beri gelen T\u00fcrk isimlerine, isterse fizyonomiye bak\u0131ls\u0131n, tamamiyle bu halk\u0131n T\u00fcrk olduklar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterir. Fakat buran\u0131n sapa bir yer olmas\u0131 ve vaktile K\u00fcrtlerden asker al\u0131nmamas\u0131 dolay\u0131sile oradaki T\u00fcrkler de K\u00fcrt unsuruna temessul etme\u011fi faydal\u0131 g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015flerdir. Onun icin yap\u0131lacak \u0131slahatta her turlu tedbirlerle; gerek \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131 mekteblerde okutmakla, gerekse halk\u0131n i\u00e7erisine bir tak\u0131m m\u00fcnevverlerimizi g\u00f6ndermek suretile kendilerinin halis T\u00fcrk olduklar\u0131n\u0131,\u00a0yani mazinin Hititlerden kalm\u0131\u015f di\u011fer K\u00fcrt tabakas\u0131 gibi de\u011fil,\u00a0tamamile bizden hi\u00e7 fark\u0131 bulunmayan T\u00fcrk olduklar\u0131n\u0131 bunlara sindirmeliyiz.\u00a0O m\u0131nt\u0131kadan menfaatler bekleyen, baz\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck devletler m\u00fctemadi surette onlar\u0131n \u0131rk nazariyesiyle oynuyor ve i\u00e7lerine K\u00fcrd vaziyetinde ba\u015fka unsurlardan olan baz\u0131 ilim adamlar\u0131 da kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rarak onlar\u0131 bizden ay\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar.\u0130stiklal harbinde tuttu\u011fum g\u00fczel sistem \u015fu idi:K\u00fcrd san\u0131lan m\u0131nt\u0131kan\u0131n eski Hititlerden olup binaenaleyh T\u00fcrk olduklar\u0131n\u0131,\u00a0Dersimin ise tamamiyle Sel\u00e7uk T\u00fcrklerinden oldu\u011funu a\u015firet beylerine\u00a0telkin etmek suretiyle\u00a0\u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir fikri inkilab \u00a0haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Onun i\u00e7in H\u00fck\u00fcmetten rica ediyorum, Dersim m\u0131ntakas\u0131 halk\u0131na ki, H\u00fck\u00fcmetimizi ve Devletimizi \u00e7ok u\u011fra\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, \u00f6z T\u00fcrk olduklar\u0131n\u0131 her vas\u0131ta ile, muhtelif kanallarla anlatmak laz\u0131md\u0131r.\u00a0Di\u011fer K\u00fcrd m\u0131ntakalar\u0131na gelince: o m\u0131ntakalar hakk\u0131nda da arzetti\u011fim gibi en eski T\u00fcrk olduklar\u0131n\u0131 anlatmak ve bu fikri yerle\u015ftirmek laz\u0131md\u0131r.\u00a0\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc o m\u0131ntakadan ba\u015fka suretle siyasi istifade etmek isteyenler, \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck kuvvetlerle o halk\u0131 bizden ay\u0131rmak i\u00e7in bir duziye u\u011fra\u015fyorlar ve \u00e7ok para sarf ediyorlar\u201d<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Anadolu Uygarl\u0131klar\u0131 konusunda d\u00fcnya bilim adamlar\u0131nca bir otorite olarak kabul edilen Ord. Prof. Dr. Ekrem Akurgal Hatti ve Hitit Uygarl\u0131klar\u0131 adl\u0131 kitab\u0131nda<em> &#8220;\u0130.\u00d6 1200 tarihlerinde Anadolu&#8217;ya balkanlardan g\u00f6\u00e7 eden Avrupa k\u00f6kenli boylar\u0131n bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ,\u00f6rne\u011fin K\u00fcrtler ve Ermeniler Do\u011fu ve G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu&#8217;ya, \u00a0genellikle Hurrilerin ve onlar\u0131n devam\u0131 olan Urartular\u0131n topraklar\u0131na yerle\u015ftiler. Sonradan buralara Akkoyunlular,Karakoyunlular ve Av\u015farlar gibi T\u00fcrk boylar\u0131 geldiler. S\u00fcmer, Asur, Hatti ve Hurri literat\u00fcr\u00fcnde bu adlar mevcut de\u011fildir. Balkanlardan geldikleri g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bu adlar Bosna ve B\u00fcy\u00fck \u0130skenderin ard\u0131ndan Afganistan\u00b4da olu\u015fturulan Greko-Pers k\u00f6kenli Baktria Eyaleti adlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r. Ancak Balkanlardan Anadolu&#8217;ya g\u00f6\u00e7 eden topluluklar\u0131n Da\u011fl\u0131k Karaba\u011f&#8217;\u0131n Albania B\u00f6lge ad\u0131 gibi Albania ad\u0131 alan \u00a0Arnavutlar ile\u00a0Italyadaki Etr\u00fcskler gibi \u00a0daha \u00f6nceleri Anadolu&#8217;dan Avrupa&#8217;ya g\u00f6\u00e7 eden topluluklarla k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00a0ili\u015fki i\u00e7inde olduklar\u0131 kuvvetle muhtemeldir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Tarihi kay\u0131tlara bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Ge\u00e7 Hititlere g\u00f6re Mat Kurti\u00a0ad\u0131; g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc, sa\u011flam da\u011fl\u0131k \u00fclke anlam\u0131yla Asur \u00dclkesinin Zagroslardaki\u00a0 Kardaka ve Karda adl\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerini belirtir. S\u00fcmerce Kardaka denilen Zagros S\u0131rada\u011flar\u0131 \u00fczerindeki <strong>Karda Lulu b\u00f6lgesi Lulubi \u00dclkesini, Turukku Lulu ad\u0131 T\u00fcrkmen -Terekeme\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00dclkesini<\/strong>\u00a0belirtir. Zagroslar\u0131n Kardaka ad\u0131, S\u00fcmerce Do\u011fu\u015f Da\u011flar\u0131 veya\u00a0 tanr\u0131lar\u0131n yaratma odas\u0131 KUR DUKU k\u00f6kenlidir.Bu kavram Alevilikte KUR ve TEKKE&#8217;den Tekke Da\u011f\u0131&#8217;d\u0131r. Bu nedenle\u00a0 Kardaka ad\u0131na konu Zagros halklar\u0131\u00a0etnik manada K\u00fcrt olarak tan\u0131mlanamaz. Zagroslar veya Kardaka S\u0131rada\u011flar\u0131 \u00fczerinde Parsua, Elam, Guti,\u00a0Lulubi ve Turukku \u00fclkelerinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra &#8220;<strong>Karda Ki.Ka<\/strong>&#8221; ad\u0131yla \u00a0da ayr\u0131 bir\u00a0\u00fclke ad\u0131 yer alm\u0131\u015f,bu ad g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze &#8220;<strong>Kakai&#8221;\u00a0<\/strong>\u015feklinde gelmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Alevi-Bekta\u015fi ad\u0131;\u00a0Anadolu -Mezopotamya otokton halklar\u0131 S\u00fcmer G\u00f6k Tanr\u0131s\u0131 Enlil&#8217;, k\u0131sa ad\u0131yla\u00a0Eli&#8217;den dolay\u0131 Alevi, Hadat&#8217;tan dolay\u0131 Hatti, Hitit, Hurri Tanr\u0131s\u0131 Te\u015fup&#8217;tan dolay\u0131 Bekta\u015fi, F\u0131rt\u0131na Tanr\u0131s\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n \u00a0Taru \u00a0ad\u0131yla da T\u00fcrkmen adlar\u0131yla an\u0131lmaktad\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p>Mustafa Kemal&#8217;e g\u00f6re T\u00fcrk ad\u0131n\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131 ise Anadolu F\u0131rt\u0131na Tanr\u0131s\u0131&#8217;d\u0131r. Toros Da\u011flar\u0131 ile T\u00fcrkmen ad\u0131n\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131 olan F\u0131rt\u0131na Tanr\u0131s\u0131 Taru, El Taru, Tarhu, Tarukku, Hadat, Hitit ve Addu Baal gibi adlarla an\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0 Ancak, T\u00fcrk Tarih Tezi gere\u011fi S\u00fcmer ve Hititler\u00a0 Orta Asyal\u0131 T\u00fcrk ilan edildikleri gibi, Tanr\u0131 Taru veya Tarhu&#8217;da O\u011fuz Ka\u011fan&#8217;a asimile edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Anadolu F\u0131rt\u0131na Tanr\u0131s\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n Addu Baal ad\u0131ndan kaynakl\u0131 \u015eah Edebali Oca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00a0ele ge\u00e7irerek kurulan Osmanl\u0131 Devleti, Sel\u00e7ukluyu y\u0131kan ve kendisine de biat etmeyen Alevilerden kurtulmak i\u00e7in \u00a0\u0130dris-i Bitlisi ve Palu&#8217;lu Cem\u015fit gibi siyasal \u0130slamc\u0131 K\u00fcrtlerle\u00a0 i\u015fbirli\u011fi yapan Yavuz D\u00f6neminde geni\u015f kapsaml\u0131 \u0130slamla\u015ft\u0131rma, soyk\u0131r\u0131m ve asimilasyon programlar\u0131 uygulad\u0131.Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te K\u00fcrt Derebeylerinin kontrol\u00fcne giren Hititli Zaza ve Alevilere K\u00fcrt-\u0130slam kimli\u011fi dayat\u0131ld\u0131. \u015eadi A\u015firetleriyle Zazalar\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131 K\u00fcrt- \u0130slamla\u015ft\u0131. Osmanl\u0131n\u0131n talebiyle haz\u0131rlat\u0131lan \u015eerefname adl\u0131 eserde bir k\u0131s\u0131m \u015eadi, Zaza ve Alevi a\u015firetlerinin Sunni-K\u00fcrt g\u00f6sterilmesinin nedeni s\u00f6z konusu asimilasyon politikalar\u0131d\u0131r. Cumhuriyetin J\u00f6nt\u00fcrkle\u015ftirme Projesiyle Osmanl\u0131 -K\u00fcrt mezalimlerinden kurtulan Hititli Aleviler \u201cEti T\u00fcrkleri\u201d ad\u0131yla yeniden asimilasyon kapsam\u0131na al\u0131n\u0131rken \u201cK\u00fcrt\u201d ve &#8220;Ekrat&#8221; olarak an\u0131lan Zagros halklar\u0131 da Hititli Eski T\u00fcrk olarak tan\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131.\u00a0 \u0130ttihat Terakki Hareketi&#8217;nin Anadolu Tanr\u0131s\u0131 Tarhu Ali&#8217;yi Frans\u0131z tarz\u0131 J\u00f6n T\u00fcrk ilan etmesiyle ba\u015flat\u0131lan etnik temizlik ve asimilasyon kapsam\u0131nda T\u00fcrkle\u015fmeleri istenen K\u00fcrtler ,Hitit ve Hurrilere kar\u0131\u015fan bir k\u0131sm\u0131 Avrupal\u0131 halk olarak eski T\u00fcrk, yani Hitit halk\u0131 olarak ilan edilmi\u015ftir.
