Aleviler tehlike olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131nca \u00a0bu kez Ermenilere y\u00f6nelik olarak Hamidiye Alaylar\u0131 tesis edilip, Do\u011fu Anadolu&#8217;ya el at\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6zetle K\u00fcrdistan Eyaleti \u00a0K\u00fcrt n\u00fcfusun ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 toprak \u00fczerinden de\u011fil, siyasi ama\u00e7larla tasar\u0131mlanan ve ko\u015fullara g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015ftirilen Osmanl\u0131 siyasetinin bir \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr.
